This time with the lovely Chris England from PVS Media. We had an interesting conversation all about communications and how communication has changed in the last number of years. We spoke about how just sending emails is no longer enough – we are all overwhelmed with the number of emails we get and therefore don’t read them like we used to. And how we need to do things differently – if we communicate both internally and externally like we have always done our businesses will not stay the same – they will gradually diminish!

And how trying something different like video is essential – our employees and customers watch video outside of work – so let’s make video for them in work too!
