What does our Leadership training look like?
Our modular training is designed with your needs in mind. Normally we begin by looking at what the 3 dimensions of leadership are and how a leader needs to fulfil all of these roles every day, putting the correct hat on as required!
We then move on to the skills you need to be a modern leader. In our workshop format, delivered to more than 500 participants so far, we learn by doing, by practising and through case studies.
Further modules look at how to lead individual members of the team depending on their attitude providing more in-depth skills.
What is the format of the training?
The training is workshop based so is normally delivered as in-person training. A suite of standard modules can be crafted into the training course that is most suitable for your leaders, providing a cost-effective solution to ensure your managers are the leaders of the future.

What’s next?
Once the initial training is complete we will discuss your leaders and see what would suit them best. Perhaps they need a leadership clinic to give a group of leaders a chance to discuss their challenges? Or maybe they need further training modules on dealing with problem employees or more direct leadership skills? Or some may need specific one on one coaching to help them work on the skills they have learnt.
The training doesn’t have to end when the workshop is complete!

Our Leadership training has been delivered to more than 500 people world-wide, including to a number of large corporate clients. One multi-national automation company asked us to deliver a 2 and a half day workshop to their Cluster management team, including the Head of the Cluster. It was received so well that we then delivered the training to middle managers too, ensuring that all the leaders in the Cluster were trained to the same level. This provided a common language and management method ensuring that the entire leadership team could more easily work together and the employees knew what to expect from every one of the management team.
