You know that you have issues with low morale, staff retention or generating fresh new ideas in your business. Or maybe you have done a survey and your staff have told you clearly that you don’t communicate well. But how do you improve – what can you do?
There are lots of things that can be done to help improve communication in a business, and we can help you untangle them all and put a plan in place to move your business forward! They are not normally complicated ideas, but knowing how to implement them well is sometimes hard, especially when you are busy!
We offer a free initial chat to discuss ideas and then will prepare a plan for you to implement. We can also implement the plan (or your plan if you have one but no time!), especially helpful if the urgent is always getting in the way of things that are important!
The power of sharing your company goals
One of the ways to improve communications is to share what you are doing and your goals with the company. This ensures your team feel involved, can help implement new ideas, and even have some ideas of their own!
Courses or workshops?
Sometimes a course or a workshop is the answer to communications issues. Putting a few key people on a course, or running a bespoke workshop on some specific issues can unlock the communications blocks in the company. Have a look at what we can offer…

Jacqui has just led our management team through a ‘getting started with coaching’ course. She has been really excellent – the course materials and way that she delivered them have been excellent and we have really benefited from the training. I have particularly appreciated the way in which each session has lots of practical pointers about how to embed the techniques in our business so that the learning is useful and applicable rather than abstract! I highly recommend Jacqui.
