This course can fill the gaps and ensure that you have a consistent sales language across the whole team.

Our training includes how to write emails and make telephone calls! These may be core skills but they are not often taught, and so many of your younger colleagues have never been trained how to pick up the phone and deal with an angry customer whilst ensuring they support the sales process. Our training works through these basic skills and then adds on sales skills ensuring that all of your team are helping not hindering the sales effort.
Everyone could help us sell
Your sales people are only half the story, how many other members of your team are out there every day talking to customers? You don’t want to turn them into sales people, after all customers often tell them things they wouldn’t tell the sales team. But you do want them to recognise that what they are being told is valuable information. Our course helps anyone who speaks to customers recognise the value of the information, and learn how to ask more questions, listen to the answers and bring that information back in-house for the sales teams.
